Colors of Hanzala: Easy Returns & Exchange Policy (Goa Based Clothing Brand)

 

At Colors of Hanzala, a premium clothing brand based in Goa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our policy is designed to be simple and customer-friendly. Please review the following terms for a seamless return or exchange process.


 

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility Criteria

 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure all criteria below are met:

  • Request Timeline: The return/exchange request must be initiated within 7 days of the product delivery date.

  • Product Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and must be returned with the original tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof for Defect: For items claimed as defective or damaged, clear images must be shared with our Customer Support team when raising the request.

  • Exclusions: Products purchased under EOSS (End of Season Sale) or any collection specifically marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for any returns or exchanges.


 

2. Our Store Credit Policy (No Cash Refunds)

 

Colors of Hanzala offers a store credit/voucher for all approved returns. We do not offer monetary refunds to your bank account or original payment method.

  • Credit Type: For all eligible returns (Prepaid or COD), we will issue a digital Store Credit Voucher equivalent to the purchase price of the returned item(s), after deducting any applicable fees.

  • Validity: The Store Credit Voucher will be sent to your registered email ID and will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

  • Reward Points/Credits: Any existing reward points or previously issued store credits are non-refundable and can only be redeemed on our website.


 

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

 

Step 1: Request a Return

To initiate your return or exchange request, please send a message to our Customer Service WhatsApp number within the 7-day window. Our team will guide you through the process.

  • Required Information: Please provide your Order ID and the reason for the return/exchange.

Step 2: Choosing Your Return Method

Option Process Details Fee Applied
Reverse Pickup (Recommended) We will schedule a pickup at your delivery address. A maximum of 2 pickup attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, the request will be automatically canceled. A ₹150 logistics fee will be deducted from your final Store Credit Voucher.
Self-Return/Self-Ship If our courier service does not offer reverse pickup in your area, or if 2 pickup attempts fail, you must ship the product yourself. No deduction is made. However, you bear the cost of shipping.

For Self-Returns, please send the package to:

Ensure you securely pack the item, clearly mention your Order ID and registered mobile number on the package, and share the tracking details with our support team. Colors of Hanzala is not responsible for lost or damaged self-shipped returns.

Step 3: Quality Check & Credit Processing

  1. Transit Time: The returned product typically reaches our Goa warehouse in 7-15 business days.

  2. Inspection: A mandatory Quality Check (QC) is performed within 24 hours of receipt.

  3. Approval: If the QC is approved, your Store Credit Voucher will be issued to your registered email ID within 48 business hours of QC completion.


 

4. Important Guidelines & Disclaimers

 

  • QC Failure: If the returned item fails inspection (e.g., used, washed, damaged, or tags removed), we reserve the right to deny the exchange or store credit. The product will be shipped back, and the customer will be liable to pay the shipping charges.

  • Unboxing Video: Customers are strongly advised to record an unboxing video upon receiving the package. This is mandatory if you claim that an item from your parcel is missing or if the product arrived damaged.

  • Order Cancellations: Cancellations are accepted for both COD and prepaid orders within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

  • Refused Delivery: If an order is refused at the time of delivery, applicable return charges will be deducted from any subsequent store credit issued.

  • Product Variation (Goa Fashion):

    • Color: Product colors may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your screen resolution settings. This is not considered a defect.

    • Fit: Please check our detailed size guide before placing an order. Fit issues based on personal preference are not covered under our defect policy.
