Welcome to Colors of Hanzala, your favorite Goa-based destination for exclusive apparel. We are committed to processing and delivering your orders as efficiently as possible across India.


 

1. Processing and Dispatch Time

 

Once you place an order with Colors of Hanzala, our team in Goa begins processing it immediately.

  • Processing Time: All orders are generally processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Made-to-Order Items: Please note that some specialized garments may require additional processing time. Any exceptions will be clearly mentioned on the product page.


 

2. Domestic Shipping Charges (All India)

 

We offer a straightforward and transparent shipping structure for all orders delivered within India.

Below ₹3,000 Flat Rate of ₹99
  • COD Fee: Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, if applicable, are separate from the shipping fee.


 

3. Estimated Delivery Time

 

The delivery time is calculated after your order has been dispatched (see Processing Time above).

  • Standard Delivery: Once dispatched, most orders delivered within India can be expected to arrive within 5 to 7 business days.

  • Remote Locations: Deliveries to remote areas or during unforeseen circumstances (weather, logistical issues, public holidays) may occasionally take longer. We appreciate your patience.


 

4. Shipping Partners and Tracking

 

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your Colors of Hanzala apparel reaches you safely.

  • Courier Partner: We primarily use Delhivery and other trusted logistics partners for all domestic shipments.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email and/or SMS notification containing your unique Tracking Number and a link to track the status of your shipment. Tracking information is typically updated within 24 hours of dispatch.


 

5. Order Tracking & Delivery Issues

 

 

Damaged or Tampered Packages

 

If the package appears to be unsealed, damaged, or tampered with upon delivery, DO NOT accept the package. Please refuse the delivery and immediately contact our Customer Support team.

 

Failed Delivery Attempts

 

Our courier partners will typically attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery is unsuccessful after several attempts, the package will be returned to our Goa warehouse, and your order may be treated as refused (refer to the Return Policy regarding deductions).


 

6. International Shipping

 

Currently, Colors of Hanzala does not offer international shipping. We are focused on serving our customers across India, but we hope to expand our delivery services globally in the near future.
