3.2 Loss/Damage in Transit

Title and risk of loss for Products pass to you upon delivery of the Product to the common carrier. Colors of Hanzala is not responsible for any Products lost or damaged during return shipping by the customer (Self-Return method).

All content published on the Site, including but not limited to the Colors of Hanzala brand name, logo, text, graphics, designs, photographs, videos, and all related original patterns and prints, are the sole property of Colors of Hanzala or its content suppliers and protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.
